Specialty Class - Honolulu June 2004

General Awareness $125 ($95 for 2 or more)

This is for warehouse and driver personnel who need awareness, security, and safety training as well as function specific training for handling DG's (but not signing the paperwork, or inspecting shipments).

Class 9 and Consumer Commodity Specialty Class $250 ($195 for 2 or more)

If you are an air carrier and only ship Engines, Fuel Control Units, Life Vests, you can take this program.

If you are a shipper of cosmetics and other "ORM-D", you can take this program.

At the end of this one day course you will be authorized to fill out and sign shipping papers for Class 9 or ORM-D materials only.

Note About June IATA Initial and Recurrent Class

The June 2-4, 2004 HNL classes will meet all of your DOT (FAA) training requirements for shipping by IATA/ICAO. However, because of the modular format of these three days, this format is not IATA approved. For most shippers, forwarders and carriers, this is not a concern as IATA is an industry association and not a regulatory body. Our November HNL classes and all of our Los Angeles and Guam classes are IATA endorsed.
