IATA checklist for non-radioactive shipments

Airlines are required by the US Department of Transportation (DOT) and United Nations (UN) standards to use a checklist when accepting dangerous goods to ensure that all details with the shipment such as  package condition, marking, labeling and the documentation are  in order at the time the dangerous goods are accepted from the shipper.  There are separate checklists for non-radioactive materials, radioactive materials and shipments containing dry ice.

Here is the checklist for non-radioactive shipments.
